What Healui is, what it is not, and why the physiotherapist treating you — not us — is the one responsible for your clinical care.
Effective August 14, 2026
Call 112, or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not book an appointment, send a message, or wait for a reply on Healui. The platform is not monitored for emergencies and is not a substitute for emergency care. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden weakness or numbness, loss of consciousness, or a serious injury, seek emergency help now.
Healui does not practise medicine or physiotherapy. We build software that helps physiotherapists and clinics deliver care, and a marketplace that helps you find them. We do not assess you, diagnose you, or treat you.
The physiotherapist or clinic who treats you is an independent professional. They are responsible for their own registration and qualifications, for their clinical judgement, for the care they deliver, and for holding their own professional indemnity. Using Healui does not create a practitioner–patient relationship between you and Healui.
Information on our website and in our app — articles, condition pages, exercise descriptions, screening questions, service explanations — is general information. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not advice for your particular situation.
Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read on Healui. If you have a symptom that worries you, speak to a qualified clinician. If a physiotherapist tells you an in-person assessment is necessary, please follow that advice.
Healui includes AI features that assist physiotherapists — drafting notes from voice, suggesting differential diagnoses, helping structure a treatment plan. These are assistive tools for a qualified clinician, not a diagnostic device and not a decision-maker.
A qualified physiotherapist reviews, edits and remains responsible for every clinical decision. AI output is never delivered to you as advice without a clinician in the loop. Like all such systems it can be wrong, and the clinician’s judgement overrides it.
Physiotherapy outcomes depend on your condition, your history, your adherence to a programme, and many things outside anyone’s control. Any outcome data, recovery timeline, case study or testimonial on our site describes what happened for someone else. It is not a prediction, and it is not a promise about you.
We verify registration details where we reasonably can, and we remove practitioners who fall short. But we do not guarantee the quality, suitability or outcome of care any individual practitioner provides, and a listing on Healui is not an endorsement or a warranty of clinical competence.
If something goes wrong with your care, please tell us at grievance@healui.com. We take it seriously, both for you and for who we allow on the marketplace. Where the concern is clinical, you also have the right to raise it with the practitioner’s professional body.
We try to keep clinical content current and evidence-aligned, but medicine changes and errors happen. Content may not reflect the latest research at the moment you read it. If you spot something wrong, tell us at grievance@healui.com — we would rather fix it than defend it.

FAQ
No. Healui is a platform. The physiotherapist or clinic treating you is an independent professional, responsible for your clinical care, their own registration, and their own professional indemnity. No practitioner–patient relationship is formed between you and Healui.
Treat it as general information, not as advice for your situation. The same exercise can help one person and harm another depending on their diagnosis and stage of recovery. Speak to a qualified physiotherapist before acting on anything you read here, especially if you are in pain or recovering from an injury or surgery.
No. Our AI features assist physiotherapists with documentation and clinical reasoning. A qualified clinician reviews, edits and takes responsibility for every decision, and AI output never reaches you as advice without that clinician in the loop.
