Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Healui account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what is deleted, what may be retained, and how long it takes. You do not need to be logged in — verifying your mobile number is enough.

Delete your account

Enter the mobile number registered with Healui. We will send a one-time code to confirm it is you.

How verification works

We send a one-time code by SMS to the number you enter and delete the account registered to it only once that code is confirmed. This is the same check used to sign in, and it is what stops anyone deleting an account that is not theirs.

If you would rather not use the form, email grievance@healui.com from the address registered to your account, including the mobile number linked to it. We may contact you to confirm the request before acting on it.

What is deleted

On a verified request, we delete or irreversibly anonymise the personal data associated with your account, including:

  • Your profile and contact details (name, phone number, email, and address)
  • Account credentials and login identifiers
  • Uploaded documents, images, and voice recordings associated with your account
  • Communication preferences and history tied to your account

What we may retain

Some information may be retained for a limited period where the law requires it or where it is necessary for legitimate purposes, for example:

  • Clinical and medical records that must be retained under applicable healthcare record-keeping requirements
  • Billing, invoicing, and tax records required for financial and regulatory compliance
  • Records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms

Retained records are kept secure, access-restricted, and deleted once the applicable retention period ends.

How long it takes

We acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete verified deletions within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain as described above. If you have any questions about your request, contact us at grievance@healui.com.
