Cookie Policy

We use only the cookies the platform needs to work. No advertising, no cross-site tracking, no third-party analytics — which is why there is no banner asking you to dismiss anything.

Effective August 14, 2026

01

The short version

We use only what is needed to keep you signed in and the platform working. We run no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party analytics. That is why you are not being asked to dismiss a consent banner: there is nothing here to consent to beyond what the service technically requires.

02

What we mean by cookies

A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device. Browsers also offer similar storage — local storage and session storage — and apps hold equivalent data on the device. We use the word "cookies" here to cover all of it, because the distinction rarely matters to the person reading this.

03

What we actually store

  • Authentication: a token that keeps you signed in, so you are not asked for a one-time passcode on every screen. Without it, the platform cannot work.
  • Sign-in security: storage set by our phone-verification provider, including reCAPTCHA, to confirm a sign-in attempt comes from a person rather than an automated script.
  • Your preferences: small values remembering things like the address you last selected, so the app does not ask you again on every visit.
  • Session continuity: short-lived values that keep a booking or a form intact while you move between steps.

All of these are strictly necessary, or directly requested by you. None of them build an advertising profile, and none of them follow you to other websites.

04

What we do not do

  • No advertising or retargeting pixels.
  • No cross-site or cross-app tracking.
  • No third-party analytics tag, such as Google Analytics or similar products.
  • No selling or sharing of browsing data with data brokers.

If that changes — if we add analytics to understand how the product is used — we will update this page and present a real consent choice before any non-essential cookie is set. We will not quietly add a tag and rely on a banner you already dismissed.

05

Third parties that may set storage

A few providers we rely on set their own storage when their functionality loads. They are named, with what each receives, in our Privacy Policy.

  • Google Firebase: phone-number verification and reCAPTCHA at sign-in.
  • Google Maps: where a map or address search is displayed, for finding a clinic or setting a visit address.
  • Razorpay: where an online payment screen is presented.

These are functional. We do not use them to profile you, and we do not receive advertising data from them.

06

Managing cookies yourself

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies in its settings, and you can clear the app’s stored data from your device settings. You are free to do so at any time.

Be aware of the trade-off: because the only cookies we set are the ones the platform needs, blocking them will sign you out and may stop booking, sign-in and your care plan from working. There is no way to keep those functions and refuse the storage that makes them possible.

07

Changes to this policy

We will update this page whenever what we store changes, and update the effective date above. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read with our Privacy Policy.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Because we only set cookies the platform strictly needs to work — keeping you signed in, verifying your phone number, remembering the address you chose. There is no advertising, tracking or analytics cookie to ask you about. If we ever add one, you will get a real choice before it is set.

No. There is no third-party analytics tag on our website or in our app today. If we add one, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.

Yes, through your browser or device settings. But since the only cookies we set are the ones the service requires, blocking them will sign you out and stop booking and your care plan from working. There is no middle setting, because there is nothing optional to switch off.
